App Re-Engagement
Overview
For app developers who want to "invite back" users who have not
recently engaged with the app. It may be worth spending money on re-engaging users if
(1) the app has since been improved significantly and is now more sticky
or (2) earnings generated through invited-back users exceed the cost
of advertising on low CPM sites (think of it as CPM arbitrage).

How It Works
You can push your ads in real-time using our API or in batches by uploading lists of your users
along with relevant ad personalization data. Users who don't want the ads being pushed to them
can opt-out through the feedback link which is present on every advertisement.
